Who we are

SkyUp Limited ("SkyUp", "we", "us") is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16896650) with its registered office at 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

What we collect

Information you give us through the contact form or by email: your name, email address, company name, the service you're interested in, and the content of your message.

Basic technical information that our hosting provider processes to deliver and secure the website, such as IP address and browser type. We do not use advertising cookies on this site.

Prepared questions in the website chatbot are answered in your browser. Questions you type yourself may be sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate an answer; we do not store them or link them to you. Please do not enter personal or confidential information into the chatbot.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare proposals and, if you become a client, to deliver our services. Our lawful bases are our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, where relevant, taking steps to enter into a contract with you.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

Who we share it with

Trusted service providers who help us run the website and handle enquiries: Vercel (website hosting), Web3Forms (contact form delivery), Anthropic (AI answers in the website chatbot) and our email provider. They process data only on our instructions. Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as required by law and for our legitimate business needs.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to our use of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you are unhappy with how we have handled your data.
